Unfortunately this is happening a lot. Neither mod is getting notification of group submissions until it's too late. This is becoming increasingly frustrating. I just had 40 requests all come in at once and they were expired, showing having been submitted almost two weeks ago.
I really wish DA would do something about this glitch because it's out of our control.
If you submission expires, please submit again. Eventually we should get it in time.

Looks Like the End
We've had an ongoing submission notification error for a handful of years now in this club. Our submissions were severely delayed to a point the majority of your submissions don't come through until they've already expired. Now, it has reached the point were they aren't coming through PERIOD. At all. Not a thing. I know you are submitting though because I can still see the notifications under my group notification module but when I go to the group page, it's blank. I'm afraid there is nothing further to do as I am only a contributor (and the only one at that) so I cannot modify group rules. I'm also pretty sure our Founder is inactive,

Strange Submission Glitch is Fixed! (?)
It looks like the issue where submissions were being sent to some mods and not others has been resolved. I'm not sure when that happened due to my inability to be around every day, but the point is it is fixed!
Does anyone have input on this?
I've been noticing that my sporadic presence the past several months (sorry, real life blows) has resulted in lots of submissions expiring. Now we mods have been sure that we are handling every deviation we see, so the only conclusion we can come to is that I am getting some, but not all, of the submissions to my inbox, and she is getting some, but not all, as well. Since I'm not here as much, the ones in my inbox are left to expire. Has anyone noticed this problem in other groups? And by the way, I'm really sorry for being absent so much! I'm doing the best I can and there is consideration of hiring on more mods to help out, but that won't m
